        Daru Baba is currently a prototype application. It functions solely as a listing platform for liquor items for informational purposes. 
        In compliance with current Indian regulations, Daru Baba does not facilitate, process, or perform the online delivery of liquor. No financial transactions for the purchase of alcohol are conducted through this app.

We collect information to provide a better experience to our users. This includes:

Personal Information: Name, email address, and phone number provided during registration.
Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the app, including searches and viewed items.
Device Information: IP address, device type, and operating system version.

2. Account Deletion Policy

We respect your right to manage your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, please follow this procedure:

Fill in the contact form with your registered email address.
In the message body, explicitly request "Account Deletion".
Our team will verify your request and take action within 7 working days.

Once processed, your data will be permanently purged from our active systems, except where retention is required by law.

3. Terms of Use

Legal Age: You must be of legal drinking age in your respective Indian state to access this application.
Listing Only: You acknowledge that this app is a prototype for listing purposes. We do not support e-commerce or home delivery of liquor.
Data Accuracy: While we aim for accuracy, liquor prices and availability shown are for reference and may vary by location and time.

4. Compliance with Indian Law

Daru Baba adheres to the Excise policies of India. As there is currently no legal framework for the online delivery of liquor in India, this application strictly maintains a "Listing Only" status to ensure compliance with local regulations.
